Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business plan.
• Drive product adoption and patient access education.
• Build relationships with KOLs and ophthalmology centers.
• Manage territory budget and resources.
