Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Sales Representative to drive utilization and growth of therapies within a defined geography by developing strategic customer relationships and executing account plans.

You will navigate complex access environments, collaborate with health systems, pharmacies, and providers, and ensure access to innovative therapies while delivering value to customers and patients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
• Proven ability to move opportunities to execution in complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product value and access across efficacy, safety, convenience and access.
• Engage and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across customer accounts.
• Strategic account planning that moves conversations from interest to action.
• Ensure product access education and reimbursement resources; triage to experts as needed.
• Collaborate across multispecialty accounts to coordinate engagement with cross-functional partners.
• Integrate digital solutions to provide insights and analyze trends for HCP adoption and patient access.
• Apply systems thinking across providers, health systems, payers and care teams to optimize access.
