The role emphasizes improving patient experiences, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with medical practices, while fostering professional relationships with providers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of healthcare management experience or 7+ years managing in healthcare.
• Experience managing financial aspects of a healthcare clinic.
• Ophthalmology or optometric management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations by coordinating patient, physician, and technician schedules.
• Improve patient experience by addressing complaints and ensuring satisfaction resolutions.
• Provide training and guidance to clinical staff and supervise performance reviews.
• Review reports to identify clinic needs, workflows and opportunities for efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance of clinical equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise physicians and staff in line with policies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient care, while minimizing risks.
• Develop professional relationships with providers and maintain open communication.
• Meet operational goals set by management.
