We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Practice Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations

Supervise front office and back office staff; ensure proper coverage and workflow

Oversee scheduling systems, patient flow, and provider efficiency

Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations

Support billing, insurance coordination, and surgical scheduling workflows

Develop and implement SOPs, improve processes, and maintain high standards of patient care

Coordinate with leadership on staffing, performance reviews, and training

Serve as liaison between physicians, staff, and external partners

Qualifications

3+ years experience in healthcare or medical practice operations (ophthalmology preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams with professionalism

Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen preferred), insurance billing, and scheduling

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS)

Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and a team player
