Job summary

Affinity Eye Care is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the on-site team, drive exceptional patient care, and deliver meaningful business results. You will coach staff, manage operations, and align with clinical leadership to ensure smooth patient flow and service excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership development, performance accountability, and adoption of new systems to support evolving digital workflows and AI-enabled tools in a fast-paced eye care environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Eyecare or optical practice leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily practice operations and patient flow.
Coach and develop team members; hold staff accountable for performance.
Partner with Optometrist and district leadership on service alignment and growth.
Ensure patient-centered care and consistent high standards across the practice.
Support onboarding, training, and adoption of new systems and technology.
