Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to supervise daily clinic operations, lead staff, and ensure policy execution. You will partner with the Regional Administrator to optimize patient flow, service quality, and compliance across the practice.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in healthcare management, and proficiency with Excel. A Bachelor’s degree is required with 5+ years in healthcare management or 7+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of healthcare management experience OR 7+ years in healthcare management.
• Experience managing financial aspects of a healthcare clinic is required.
• Ophthalmology or optometric management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, diplomacy, and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, scheduling, and space usage.
• Improve patient experience by addressing complaints and satisfaction.
• Train and supervise clinical and technical staff; oversee performance reviews.
• Review reports to optimize clinic workflow and efficiency; identify waste.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and timely repairs.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with medical practice standards and risk management.
• Foster positive relationships with providers and meet management goals.
