Associated Retinal Consultants in Livonia, MI is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the friendly first contact for patients, guiding them through visit check-in and check-out with accuracy and care.

You will handle phones, scheduling, payments, and basic office tasks, supporting doctors and staff in a fast-paced ophthalmology practice while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones (external and internal) and ensure courteous service.
• Manage patient flow in the office and ensure efficient check-in/out.
• Collect payments and handle daily reconciliations / cash drawer.
• Perform general office duties as assigned by manager.
