Associated Retinal Consultants in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first contact for our ophthalmology practice. You will deliver friendly, professional service, greet patients, answer calls, collect payments, and help manage check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth visit.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).

• Know fees for common visits and collect payments.
• Complete daily reconciliations and close day; countdown cash drawer.
• General office duties and cleaning as assigned by manager.
