AVP SEES Group seeks a Clinical Manager to lead daily ophthalmology clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliant workflows. You will partner with physicians and admin leaders to drive best practices and improve patient experiences.

The role requires 5+ years of clinical experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and strong skills in EHR usage, leadership, and organization. A patient-centered, continuous-improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; RN license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care quality across the ophthalmology practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and admin leadership to implement best practices.
• Lead and mentor clinical and front desk teams, ensuring policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize patient flow and efficiency in coordination with providers and staff.
• Manage local practice training, staff development, and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, insurers, and referring providers.
