Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of a ophthalmology clinic, including staff management, onboarding, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role focuses on leadership, budgeting, and delivering excellent patient service in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and implementing company initiatives while maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, business, or related field; 3–5 years of related work and staff management experience.
• Operational management knowledge of medical offices and best practices.
• Experience with electronic practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees patient census, staffing, and doctor schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Prepares and controls the clinic budget and expenditures.
• Leads daily huddles and monthly office meetings to communicate updates.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Develops and mentors staff, and handles HR processes.
