Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of a medical office in California. You will supervise front and back-office staff, drive patient flow, and ensure excellent service while managing budgets and compliance.

The role demands strong leadership, training, and mentoring, with accountability for scheduling, inventory, and adherence to company policies. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in healthcare management or related field and 3–5 years of management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of related work and staff management experience.
• Operational management knowledge of retail or medical offices.
• Experience as an Office Manager and ophthalmic industry desirable.
• Experience with electronic practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient census, staffing, and scheduling to optimize operations.
• Prepare and manage the clinic budget for efficiency.
• Coordinate regional and company goals, programs, and resources.
• Lead daily huddles and at least one office meeting monthly.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations and company policies.
• Develop and mentor staff; handle HR-related functions.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold company values.
