Job summary

American Vision Partners (AVP) is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Tucson location, ensuring policies and plans are executed smoothly. You will lead staff, coordinate schedules, and communicate department activities to the team.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), 3+ years in medical practice management, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong financial aptitude and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations and workload distribution.
• Reviews time cards and approves time off.
• Trains and mentors staff; hires and recommends salaries.
• Manages clinic profitability and budget; analyzes reports.
• Monitors schedules for clinic and surgery at location.
• Fosters relationships with staff, providers, and referring doctors.
• Supports community outreach and growth efforts.
• Solves problems and maintains open communication.
• Works with other managers on staffing and staffing levels.
