Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of a medical office, coordinating staff, patient interactions and clinic workflows. You will drive onboarding, staff training and compliance while delivering superior customer service and leading with integrity.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring ophthalmology practice standards, quality patient care, and high team performance across the office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related work and staff management experience.
• Operational management knowledge of retail or medical offices and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily patient census and staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Prepare and control clinic budget to minimize expenditures and maximize efficiency.
• Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
• Lead daily huddles and monthly office meetings to communicate updates.
• Coordinate front and back office duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Participate in HR-related functions including talent acquisition and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations and HIPAA requirements.
