The Eye Associates, an affiliate of Eye Health America, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a clinical department within a growing ophthalmology practice in Bradenton, FL. The role emphasizes supervising staff, ensuring patient care quality, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain standards.

Responsibilities include managing clinic flow, assisting in front desk operations, addressing patient inquiries and complaints, and ensuring equipment functionality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active and valid driver's license.
• Healthcare leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical department staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain OSHA and CLIA compliance; keep manuals and permits updated.
• Coordinate clinic flow, scheduling, and front desk support as needed.
• Address patient questions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper operation of clinic equipment and request repairs as needed.
• Manage back-office supplies and calibration logs; train staff on calibration procedures.
• Mentor clinical leads and front desk staff to ensure protocol adherence.
