Job summary

US Eye in Ft. Myers, FL is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, coordinate with providers and market leadership, lead teams, and ensure smooth patient flow and service excellence.

You will train technicians, audit EMR usage, enforce HIPAA compliance, schedule vendors, and partner with the Senior/Regional Director of Operations to drive performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business or healthcare administration.
• Experience in healthcare leadership or project management preferred.
• Technology savvy with Office Suite and ability to learn software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operations and coordinate with providers, staff, and leadership.
• Monitor clinical team performance and patient flow.
• Train technicians and assess skill sets on hire and throughout the year.
• Schedule and manage clinical support staff hours and breaks.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/out and testing.
• Lead training, HIPAA compliance, and liaise with patients and providers.
• Schedule on-site vendors and manage facilities with regional director.
• Conduct performance reviews and address staff issues.
