Responsibilities

• Assists with patient care and eye exams, including managing patient records and supporting patient flow throughout the exam
• Performs preliminary evaluations including obtaining accurate and detailed patient histories, reviewing medication lists, visual acuities, refraction and tonometry
• Performs special testing including OCTs, biometry, topography and retinal imaging/photography
• Maintains clean, organized patient records and adheres to HIPAA and practice standards
