Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics, a global biotechnology company, seeks a Specialty Sales Manager in the Toms River/Cherry Hill area. You will drive sales across a physician network, manage the funnel with CRM discipline, and lead educational sessions for Eyecare professionals about patient outcomes and safety.

You will own the territory plan, execute brand strategy during a pivotal product launch, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliant and value-driven adoption of YUVEZZI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of a documented track record of success in sales is required.
• Pharma, medical, or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales experience preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan across independent OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Meet/exceed sales targets and manage funnel, forecasts with CRM discipline.
• Lead in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns for Eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into practice prompts and workflows.
• Position out-of-pocket therapy and drive adoption with starter resources.
• Document customer feedback and share insights with internal partners.
• Support brand strategy and participate in regional/national meetings.
• Adhere to all compliance requirements and adverse event reporting.
