Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics is seeking a high-performing Specialty Sales Manager to drive growth across Brooklyn/Queens territory.

You will own territory planning, educate Eyecare professionals, and execute brand strategies while maintaining strict compliance and robust CRM discipline. The role emphasizes evidence-based selling, patient selection discussions, and seamless practice integration with a hybrid work model in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented sales success in pharma or medical devices.
• Eyecare or contact lens sales preferred.
• Launch experience in pharma is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfort selling cash-pay/elective therapies with practices and patients.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across independent OD/MD practices, multi-location groups, and relevant accounts.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with disciplined CRM usage.
• Educate & influence: lead compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals.
