Job summary

Harrow, Inc. is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to launch and grow market share with a payer-focused approach in a defined geographic area.

You will work with Harrow’s portfolio including VEVYE, Tyrvaya, Verkazia, Natacyn, and related products, building relationships with ophthalmologists and staff and driving demand through reimbursement solutions. The role requires a self-starter attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic ophthalmic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to build, develop, and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
• Ability to absorb products and practice information and offer solutions.
• Experience executing strategic and targeted business plans.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience and clinical understanding of the eye care space preferred.
• Ability to balance a broad portfolio of products and knowledge of payer landscape.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue and product goals.
• Develop territory growth through entrepreneurial and proactive selling.
• Drive demand through reimbursement solutions and payer channels.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals and build physician staff relationships.
• Develop quarterly action plans with accounts and record activity in CRM.
• Maintain professional understanding of portfolio and articulate benefits.
• Travel routinely across geography with overnights as needed.
• Comply with industry codes and regulatory requirements.
• Manage expenses and submit reports on time.
