Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to build and foster customer relationships.
• Capability to absorb product information quickly and offer solutions.
• Experience with strategic and targeted business plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Develop territory business through acquisition of new customers and growth of existing base.
• Drive demand through reimbursement strategies and organic pull-through.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals and build physician/staff relationships.
• Develop quarterly action plans and partner with accounts.
• Record sales activity in CRM promptly and accurately.
• Maintain deep product portfolio knowledge and communicate clinical benefits compliantly.
• Travel within defined geography, including overnights.
