Job summary

Harrow, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to launch and grow market share with a strong focus on the payer channel within a defined geographic area.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will promote the Vevye, Tyrvaya, Verkazia, Natacyn, and related products to ophthalmologists and staff, building relationships and resolving payer obstacles. Travel up to 80% of the week is required as you drive demand and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience (ophthalmic experience is beneficial).
• Ability to build, develop, and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
• Ability to quickly absorb products and practice information and offer solutions that resonate.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Develop territory business with new customers and grow existing base.
• Drive demand through reimbursement solutions and payer channels.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals in defined markets and build physician/staff relationships.
