You will engage ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff, presenting Harrow’s portfolio including Vevye, Tyrvaya, Verkazia, Natacyn, and more. The role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a dynamic ophthalmic market, and travel up to 80% within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to build, develop, and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
• Ability to quickly absorb products and practice information and offer solutions that resonate.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of payer landscape: Commercial, Medicare Part D, dual eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Develop territory business by acquiring new customers and expanding existing base.
• Drive demand through organic pull-through and reimbursement solutions.
• Call on ophthalmic healthcare professionals in defined markets and build relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date product portfolio knowledge and communicate clinical benefits.
