Harrow, Inc. is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to launch and grow market share with strong payer channel focus across a defined region.

You will engage ophthalmologists and staff, articulate the clinical and economic value of Vevye, Tyrvaya, Verkazia, Natacyn, and related products, and work with Area Sales Manager to achieve revenue goals. The role requires a self-starter attitude, top-notch communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic ophthalmic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Develop and grow the territory business by acquiring new customers and expanding the existing base.
• Drive demand through pull-through and reimbursement solutions.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals in defined markets and build critical relationships.
• Create quarterly action plans and partner with accounts.
• Record all sales activity in the CRM accurately and timely.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and explain clinical benefits compliantly.
• Travel routinely within the assigned geography with overnights as needed.
