Job summary

Waypham India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Medical Representative to drive sales of its ophthalmic products in DELHI SOUTH, NORTH DELHI, GURGAON, and ROHTAK. You will engage with ophthalmologists, chemists and distributors, and implement sales & marketing plans.

The role demands strong communication, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Training and product support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B. Sc / B. Pharma / D. Pharma.
• Strong communication skills to converse with doctors in the specialty segment.
• Self-motivation, go-getter attitude and commitment to values.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Interpersonal skills for effective doctor interactions and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Sales target achievements - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly.
• Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT.
• Ensure complete compliance with distribution processes & activities.
• Daily meeting with doctors, chemists and distributors as per norms fixed by management.
• Daily reporting.
• Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.
