• Sales target achievements - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
• Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT
• Ensure complete compliance with distribution processes & activities.
• Ensure daily meeting with doctors, chemists and distributors as per the norms fixed by management.
• Daily reporting
• Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.
