Job summary

Leader in the ophthalmology space with restorative products is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across Minnesota, promoting our ophthalmology medical devices to hospitals, physician offices, wound care centers and VA facilities.

You will develop territory strategies, manage budgets, attend industry conferences, and collaborate with internal partners to grow market share while delivering high‑level service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of medical device sales experience; ophthalmology is a plus.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Ability to close deals and grow business.
• Can-do attitude and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to hospitals, physician offices, wound care centers, and VA/Military hospitals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the territory.
• Support existing business while prospecting new opportunities.
• Implement marketing strategies and sales direction from leadership.
• Complete sales training and stay updated on competition.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and integrity in all functions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Attend industry conferences as needed.
• Manage and maintain assigned expense budgets.
