Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Interventional Business Manager (iBM) to drive growth in ophthalmology technology adoption. You will partner with surgeons, practice admins, and clinical staff to expand access to innovative therapies and improve patient outcomes.

The role demands strategic territory planning, consultative selling, and a proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales, with at least five years in the field and three years in surgical ophthalmology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of surgical ophthalmology sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and territory growth.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth and sales performance across product portfolios.
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans.
• Identify, cultivate, and convert new opportunities while strengthening relationships.
