Job summary

Visus Therapeutics Inc. seeks a Specialty Sales Manager to spearhead the launch of an innovative therapy, Brimochol™ PF, for presbyopia. This role involves building relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, and driving adoption while adhering to compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in eye-care or pharma, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The position also offers hybrid work options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented sales success is required; pharmaceutical or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Maintain an unexpired driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan including call cadence and routing.
• Meet/exceed sales targets and manage metrics with CRM.
• Lead compliant in-office data reviews and trainings.
