Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in and out for appointments.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments via email, phone and in person.
• Collect copays and balances for patients.
• Answer phones and assist patients with inquiries regarding orders and appointments.
• Verify patient's insurance and assist patients with understanding their benefits.
• Assist patients with pre-examination testing.
• Provide excellent customer service in all patient interactions.
• Team player; communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and managers.
• Cross-train and assist other roles (Optical, Tech, Front Desk) as needed.
