Job summary

Aspire Bakeries in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Depanner - 3rd Shift to operate and adjust bakery production equipment, ensuring quality, food safety, and efficient production.

You will monitor product quality, complete production records, maintain GMP-compliant work areas, troubleshoot equipment, support changeovers, and follow recipes to ensure consistent results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Depanner - 3rd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery - Depanner - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting bakery production equipment to support efficient production operations while ensuring products consistently meet quality, food safety, and production standards. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, supporting equipment performance, and delivering high-quality baked goods to customers.
