Aspire Bakeries in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Batcher 1 - 3rd Shift to operate production equipment, follow established specifications, and uphold food safety and quality standards. This role is essential to supporting efficient production operations and delivering high-quality bakery products.

The position involves 3rd shift hours (9:45pm-6:15am) with weekend availability, minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a high-performing team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and perform physical activities including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Batcher 1 - 3rd Shiftto join our team at our Cayce, SC Bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery - Batcher 1 - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating production equipment, ensuring products are prepared according to established specifications, and maintaining food safety and quality standards. This role is essential to supporting efficient production operations while delivering consistent, high-quality bakery products.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 9:45pm-6:15am
• Weekend Availability: Required by the business
