Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Batcher for the 3rd shift to operate production equipment and ensure products meet specifications while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will monitor and adjust machinery, maintain documentation, and work as part of a high-performance team to support efficient production and a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products meet established specifications.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Batcher 1 - 3rd Shiftto join our team at our Cayce, SC Bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery - Batcher 1 - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating production equipment, ensuring products are prepared according to established specifications, and maintaining food safety and quality standards. This role is essential to supporting efficient production operations while delivering consistent, high-quality bakery products.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 9:45pm-6:15am
• Weekend Availability: Required by the business
