About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery - 2nd Shiftto join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery - 2nd Shift, you will be accountable for operating production and packaging equipment, maintaining product quality standards, and supporting efficient bakery operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring food safety, production accuracy, equipment performance, and the successful fulfillment of customer orders.

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Produce products that meet established quality and food safety specifications.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support equipment setup, start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
• Maintain compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to achieve production goals, efficiency targets, and customer requirements.
