Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is hiring an Operator 1, Bakery-Packaging at our Cayce, SC bakery. The role supports packaging operations by operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and upholding safety and production standards. 1st shift runs 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring quality, packaging products, and maintaining GMP-compliant work areas while collaborating with the team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud environments and work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Packaging to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As Operator 1, Bakery -15 pack - 1st Shift you will be accountable for supporting packaging operations by operating equipment, maintaining product quality, and promoting safe and efficient production. This role helps ensure high-quality bakery products meet Aspire Bakeries’ production, food safety, and customer standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
