Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement team in the United States is seeking a Manager, Transformation Services to lead and deliver large, complex engagements with PE clients, focusing on cost reduction, organizational restructuring, and operating improvement.

You will work with Private Equity leadership to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement programs across portfolio companies, including margin management, supply chain, and KPI-driven performance

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional industry or consulting experience implementing cost reduction programs, organizational restructuring, and cost structure improvements.
• MBA from a top-tier school highly preferred.
• Experience working with PE relationships and in both professional services and industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements for Private Equity leadership.
• Identify opportunities to significantly reduce cost structures and improve efficiency across portfolios.
• Synthesize data and insights to enhance EBITDA and operating performance.
• Implement programs to restructure roles, processes and workforce to reduce costs.
• Develop findings and make strategic recommendations.
