Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in the United States (Tampa area) is seeking a Manager, Transformation Services within the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice. You will lead large, complex engagements with PE leadership, structuring performance improvement plans, and identifying opportunities to cut costs across leadership, sales, operations and back-office functions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience implementing cost reduction programs, org restructurings, or cost structure improvements.
• MBA from a top-tier school highly preferred.
• Experience with PE relationships and working in both professional services and industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure a performance improvement plan for time-sensitive engagements and manage it to completion.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost structure by changing leadership, staffing, and back-office efficiency.
• Synthesize insights from data to enhance EBITDA and operating performance.
• Implement cost-reducing programs including role changes and process improvements.
• Develop findings and make strategic recommendations.
