Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager, Transformation Services in Seattle to lead large, complex engagements for private equity portfolio companies, focusing on cost reduction, organizational restructuring, and operating improvements.

You will partner with PE leadership to identify opportunities, design plans, and implement programs across margin management, S&OP, supply chain, and back‑office optimization, with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience implementing cost reduction programs, organizational restructuring, or cost-structure improvements.
• Industry vertical depth is a plus (e.g., industrial, services, distribution, consumer).
• Experience working with PE and in both professional services and industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex engagements for PE clients.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost structure and improve efficiency.
• Design and implement performance improvement plans across functions.
• Synthesize insights to enhance EBITDA and operating performance.
• Develop findings and strategic recommendations; manage stakeholder relationships.
