Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager to lead Transformation Services engagements within Private Equity Performance Improvement. You will structure cost-reduction plans, engage PE leadership, and deliver strategic work across multiple portfolio companies, driving EBITDA improvement.

You will identify opportunities to reduce costs, optimize leadership and back-office structures, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations with a hands-on approach across several core areas.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional industry or consulting experience implementing cost reduction programs, organizational restructuring, and / or cost structure improvements.
• MBA from a top-tier school highly preferred.
• Experience with PE relationships and in both professional services and industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex engagements with Private Equity leadership from start to finish.
• Structure performance improvement plans and manage processes to completion.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost structures and improve efficiency across functions.
• Synthesize insights from data to enhance EBITDA and operating performance.
• Develop findings and strategic recommendations across various functional areas.
• Contribute hands-on across margin management, supply chain, S&OP, and other areas.
