Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Manager, Transformation Services within the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice to lead large, complex engagements for PE clients. You will design and implement performance improvements across portfolio companies, guiding teams and client leadership toward tangible EBITDA gains.

This role emphasizes cost reduction, organizational restructuring, and process optimization, with opportunities in manufacturing, supply chain, and SG&A.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in cost reduction, restructuring, or cost improvements.
• Experience with PE relationships and cross-functional consulting is a plus.
• MBA from a top-tier school is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex PE engagements and guide teams to client leadership.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities across portfolio companies.
• Synthesize data and insights to drive EBITDA improvements and efficiency.
• Develop findings and make strategic, actionable recommendations.
