• Design, develop and implement training content using multiple learning modalities.
• Create learner journeys based on job roles and competency levels.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation with stakeholders.
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness of programs.
• Experience with Eloomi or similar LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver new hire and refresher training across operational areas.
• Develop engaging training content and activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to align training with business goals.
• Monitor training metrics and iterate to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure training reach across locations.
