Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement the operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

The role focuses on creating end-to-end learning experiences, including New Hire Orientation, refresher programs, and measurable training outcomes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of experience in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred in a training environment.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience training for call center or Operations areas in healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience with learning management software such as Eloomi or other LMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and define requirements with measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement training content using multiple modalities with SMEs.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency levels.
• Lead New Hire Orientation content and align with operational content.
• Deliver refresher training and track progress to improve on-the-job application.
• Support change enablement initiatives and optimize business processes with training.
