Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive operations training program. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned to business strategy.

The role includes creating learner journeys, updating New Hire Orientation, and delivering engaging training across a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required, or 2 years of training & development experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and define measurable requirements for success.
• Design, develop and implement training content using varied modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Develop content to address skill gaps and process changes.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation content with operations leaders.
• Deliver refresher training across all levels of operations and track progress.
• Introduce engaging formats like workshops, retreats, and gamification to enhance learning.
