Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team during shifts.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when on-site leadership is absent.
• Drive guest experience and sales while ensuring safety and service standards.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities to cover shifts.
