Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone in Bradenton, FL is hiring a Team Lead in a full-time, onsite role within Operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders are away.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and ensure safety and efficiency across shift operations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, leadership experience, and comfort with POS systems and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office/Teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
• Provide on-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to Team Members.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to maintain guest experiences.
• Drive membership and park program sales while delivering service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports as needed.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and upsell opportunities for parties and events.
• Lead facilities projects to elevate guest experience and park standards.
