Job summary

You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, driving membership sales, delivering service excellence, and maintaining park standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present; lead on the floor.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary; ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities.
• Lead rotations: Sales & Service Lead, Parties & Events Lead, F&B & Facilities Lead.
