Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone Operations Manager in Bradenton, FL, is a full-time onsite role leading daily park execution, supervising staff, coaching in real time, and coordinating scheduling and onboarding. The position requires calm leadership during busy shifts and a strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

You will work with the General Manager to optimize labor, maintain brand standards, manage guest flow, and deliver memorable experiences while upholding CircusTrix values and providing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing daily operations in high-volume guest-facing settings.
• Strong communication, feedback, and real-time coaching skills.
• Hands-on leadership, capable of jump-in to solve problems on shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success: supervise Team Leads and frontline staff, coach in real time, support hiring and training.
• Own Shift Flow and Operational Efficiency: oversee daily park execution, staffing, guest flow, inventory, cleanliness; collaborate on labor strategy and safety.
• Deliver Guest Experiences That Wow: ensure guests feel welcome and safe from check-in to check-out; train team to respond with urgency and empathy.
• Champion Safety and Brand Standards: conduct safety walkthroughs, maintain clean facilities, uphold brand standards, lead by example.
