Job summary

Sky Zone at CircusTrix in Bradenton, FL is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to drive daily operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll rotate through areas, coach a diverse team, and serve as MOD in the absence of senior leaders to keep the park running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new tools.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds; works in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team to run the park at its best.
• Step into any operational area as needed to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and keep operations on track.
• Drive front desk performance, membership sales, and park offerings.
• Ensure safety policies, incident reporting, and cleanliness throughout shifts.
