Job summary

Sky Zone, CircusTrix's flagship indoor entertainment brand, is seeking a Team Lead for onsite Operations in Bradenton. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, gaining hands-on leadership experience and taking responsibility for shift performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Ability to move through park areas and manage safety, guest experience, and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team during shifts.
Step into various operational areas to maintain guest experiences and workflow.
Provide on-the-floor coaching and delegation to Team Members across departments.
Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to the Management Team.
Drive sales and guest engagement to support park offerings.
Enforce safety policies and ensure shift procedures are followed.
