Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone seeks a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will step in as Manager on Duty when supervisors aren’t present and guide a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, basic POS/tech skills, and strong leadership potential. Evening/weekend availability is required, with pay and benefits commensurate with role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with technology and learning new platforms as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when leadership is not on-site, ensuring safety and guest experience.
• Lead front desk, sales, and service interactions to drive memberships and program sales.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain park cleanliness and readiness.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Parties & Events, and Facilities as needed.
• Oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate events for smooth delivery.
