CircusTrix Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to oversee daily park operations on the floor, coach staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leadership is away.

You’ll lead by example, coach team members, and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and smooth shift transitions. Weekend availability is a plus as positions vary by location.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team, stepping in as MOD when needed.
• Coach, support, and delegate to Team Members across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Step into operational areas (Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events) to maintain seamless guest experiences and flow.
• Oversee safety policies, incident reporting, and door-to-floor procedures for opening/closing.
• Drive front desk performance, membership sales, and WOW service standards while mentoring staff.
